Yo estuve muy agusto durante un año. Me trataron con cariño y viví muy bien. Buen lugar no solo pta hospedarse, también para vivir.
Mi experiencia, durante casi 2 años de estancia ha sido muy positiva. He vivido en la habitación con cocina, baño y terraza privada y no he tenido ninguna queja. La dueña siempre ha estado atenta y diligente para resolver cualquier problema o sugerencia. Me ha hecho ofertas de mejora en las condiciones del contrato en dos ocasiones, lo cual es de agradecer. En resumen, es un buen lugar, en buena zona, con todos los servicios incluidos y la dueña trabaja para dar el mejor servicio posible.

Estuve 6 meses por contrato y la verdad muy buenos meses, para descansar, para disfrutar de la piscina, para compartir con cada vecino de habitación, ambiente cómodo y tranquilo, la dueña muy amable en todo momento. Muy recomendable
Las zonas comunes son muy bonitas, es una casa espectacular, con materiales de lujo, suelos de marmol, todas las comodidades , yo estuve muy bien . Mi habitación era abuhardillada muy calentita en invierno y fresquita en verano gracias al suelo frio que daba una temperatura muy buena, la piscina, la terraza. El ambiente era respetuoso, tranquilo, podía estudiar sin problemas de ruidos como en otros sitios. Mi recuerdo del año que viví alli es muy bueno por todo. La familia contesta rápido por whatsapp cuando se pregunta alguna cosa, son muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La zona es una de las mejores de la ciudad muy bien comunicada, me gestionaron la matricula en el centro deportivo que tienen al lado sin pagar matricula, todo genial, super recomendable. Varios tipos de habitaciones para todos los bolsillos, relación calidad precio muy buena, sin sustos al final de mes por extra de gasto de calefaccion , siempre pagaba lo mismo. Me devolvieron la fianza sin ningún problema por transferencia al numero de cuenta que les envié. Un saludo para Pilar y su familia tengo un gran recuerdo de mi estancia en su casa.
